When right clicking on any items or objects in Windows such as folders, files or shortcuts, the right click contextual menu item will has an option called “Send To”. Mouse over and expand “Send To” option will then reveal plenty of destination location shortcuts that the files can be sent to, such as hard disk drive, external USB storage device, folder, desktop, or a program or executable for actions such as emailing. You might have observed that its very easy to Transfer your files to USB Pendrive using Send To Option

Step1
Start your Windows and press "Windows Key() + R" and type "SendTo" and click Ok

This will open Send To folder of your System. Now Right click in that folder, in empty space and click New ShortCut and Browse for the Folder you want to add in Send To menu, give it any Name you Like.
